FIRESTOP SEALANT: Moldable putty perfect for helping to prevent the spread of flames, smoke, gas, and water through penetration openings. Each red fire putty pad measures 7" x 7" x 1/8" thick
APPLICATION: Fire block putty pads are ideal for use with metallic or non-metallic outlet boxes, metal electrical cabinets, mechanical cabinets, and electrical boxes. Fire resistant putty pads expand when exposed to heat at 220 degrees F (104 degrees C) and form an insulating barrier
EASY TO INSTALL: Intumescent fire barrier pads are easy to apply by hand and do not require any mixing. Fire barrier putty does not contain any asbestos fillers or volatile solvents
MEETS FIRE TEST STANDARDS: Each putty pad is rated for up to 3 hours as tested in accordance with ASTM E814, UL 1479 and ULC/CAN4-S115-M test standards
